**Job Description**
**Your opportunity: Technology**
Applications are now open to join our Technology team for the 2027 Graduate Program intake.
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Technology team in our Melbourne office to ensure the efficient operation of all facets of a full stack Microsoft environment to meet the needs of the business.
**What you’ll be doing**
As a graduate in our Technology team, you’ll be part of a diverse team helping to deliver seamless technology services across our business. Key objectives will include:
* handle first and second level hardware and software technical support.
* provide IT support services across a variety of Microsoft platforms and cloud systems (Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, Entra ID and Intune).
* provide IT support services for a range of desktop models and core infrastructure.
* make recommendations on upgrades and solutions when necessary.
* research and investigate technical problems.
But it’s not all about work. You’ll be given a buddy to help you navigate office life as you settle in. You’ll choose a mentor who will help guide your career. We host regular events and activities, bringing together our close-knit team in a friendly and relaxed environment so you can get to know the people behind the professionals. You’ll also become a member of Accelerate, our young professionals networking group.
**Qualifications**
You will be a recent graduate or student in your final year of study and will have:
* an IT or computer science degree with strong academic results.
* excellent troubleshooting skills
* strong understanding of networking and IT security fundamentals.
* strong written and verbal communication skills.
* great communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
* eligibility to live and work in Australia (Australian citizens and permanent residents only).
