Role Description
**Job Description**
* Tech-Driven Compliance \& Investigations: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and internal applications to streamline case management, tracking, and resolution for Employee Relations (ER) and ethics cases.
* Streamlined Investigation Workflows: Standardize and optimize the end-to-end case investigation lifecycle by introducing automated workflows for evidence collection, interview scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to ER team's timelines.
* Automated Reporting \& Dashboards: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into ER metrics, case trends, and compliance risks, while utilizing AI to generate initial case summaries and draft investigation reports.
* Process Automation: Identify manual or repetitive ER processes—such as policy dissemination, disciplinary tracking, and compliance auditing—and develop automation solutions using AI, automated workflows, and low-code/no-code platforms.
* Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR, business, and Integrity stakeholders to translate complex compliance frameworks and business problems into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
* Change Management: Drive AI adoption initiatives within the ER team by creating user guides, training materials, and frameworks for the ethical use of AI in people operations.
**Requirements**
* Demonstrated Coding Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python is highly preferred for scripting and data manipulation).
* Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to break down complex problems, think logically, and propose data-driven solutions.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Strong skills in using advanced functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
* Bonus Skills: Experience with databases (SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or prior experience with process improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
* Communication: Ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical recommendations for HR stakeholders.
