As a Strategic AI Initiatives Intern, you will be a key contributor to the foundational AI and data systems that empower our internal operations and product offerings. This is a fast-paced role designed for someone with a bias for action and a high degree of agency. You will move past the theoretical and get hands-on with building, testing, and deploying intelligent agents and data pipelines.
You will report directly to the Strategic Initiatives and AI Enablement Manager, working in close partnership to turn AI enablement strategies into functional, deployed tools. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a technical, ambiguous environment and wants to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.
**Qualifications**

You possess a high degree of autonomy and a problem-solving mindset. You do not wait for step-by-step instructions; you research, propose solutions, and take ownership of your tasks from inception to completion.
**Agent Development \& CLI:**
You have hands-on experience building and interacting with command-line interfaces (CLI) and autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
**RAG \& Embeddings:**
You understand the mechanics of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You have practical experience working with embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search workflows.
**Data Pipeline Deployment:**
You are proficient in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting data pipelines. You know how to move data reliably from source to destination for AI consumption.
**Proven Track Record:**
You have prior relevant internship experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data engineering, demonstrating your ability to ship code and work within a professional engineering environment.
**Educational Background:**
Graduates or final-year students from Tier 1 engineering colleges are strongly preferred.
**Requirements**
**Build and Deploy Agents:**
Develop and deploy custom AI agents and CLI tools that streamline internal processes and enable new strategic capabilities.
**Optimize RAG Pipelines:**
Architect and refine RAG workflows, ensuring that our AI models have access to high-quality, relevant, and well-structured context.
**Data Infrastructure:**
Deploy and maintain the data pipelines necessary to feed our AI initiatives, ensuring data reliability and seamless integration.
**Drive Strategic Value:**
Take ownership of a specific strategic project, delivering a functional, documented, and measurable end product by the conclusion of your initial internship period.
We cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, where your ideas matter. We empower our team members to take initiative, learn continuously, and thrive in a supportive environment.
