Full stack Engineer with QA Focus

**Job Description**: Software Engineer Intern with focus in QA **Company**: NeuraMach AI **Location**: Baner, Pune (In-Office) **Timings**: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM **Work Schedule**: Sundays off \| 2nd \& 4th Saturdays off **The Role** NeuraMach AI is seeking 3 Software Engineer Interns to join our core engineering team. This isn't a "sit-on-the-sidelines" internship. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and safeguarding our entire technical ecosystem. We are looking for engineers who believe that great code is tested code. You will split your time between developing new features in FastAPI and building the sophisticated automation frameworks that validate our DBs, Frontend, and AI/ML models. **Your Core Responsibilities** ● Full-Stack Development: Write and optimize production-level code for our FastAPI backend and integrated services. ● Architectural Automation: Design and implement comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E testing suites to ensure 100% system reliability. ● Data \& AI Infrastructure: Develop validation layers for our Databases and AI/ML models to monitor data integrity and model performance. ● Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks in the code and write automated benchmarks to ensure high-speed delivery. ● System Integration: Collaborate on the frontend-to-backend bridge, ensuring seamless user experiences through automated UI testing. **Technical Requirements** ● Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python. ● Frameworks: Familiarity with (or high aptitude to learn) FastAPI and Pytest. ● Database Logic: Understanding of SQL/NoSQL structures and how to automate data validation. ● Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex systems and write clean, modular code. ● Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field. **What We Offer** ● Direct Impact: Work on high-stakes AI/ML projects and see your code in production. ● Professional Mentorship: Learn from seniors in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ● Baner Hub: Our office is located in the vibrant tech corridor of Baner, Pune. ● Performance-Based Growth: High-performing interns will be evaluated for future full-time roles based on business needs and individual performance. **Engineering Focus Areas** Layer Technology Focus Objective Backend FastAPI / Python Feature Dev \& Unit Testing Database SQL / NoSQL Data Integrity \& Integration Tests AI/ML Model Validation Output Accuracy \& Drift Monitoring Frontend Playwright / Selenium E2E Automation \& UI Stability Pay: ₹5,000\.00 - ₹12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
