* Provide first-level technical support to employees or users. * Install, configure, and update computer hardware and software. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues. * Assist in setting up workstations, user accounts, and email accounts. * Perform routine system maintenance and software updates. * Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory. * Document technical issues and solutions. * Assist in data backup and recovery procedures. * Support cybersecurity practices by following company security policies. * Help maintain network devices and internet connectivity. * Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
