Boutique Outsource Solutions is looking for an **intern for its IT Department.** Enjoy these perks while learning at the same time! * Travel and meal allowances * Free food and drinks (rice, coffee, milo, ice cream, afternoon snacks, etc.) * Entertainment area in the office (PS5 and Karaoke) Your duties and responsibilities may include the following: * Provide technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues * Assist in IT related documentation and editing * Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues * Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance * Research and recommend solutions for technical problems Selection Criteria: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Knowledge of computer systems and software * Knowledge of network and system security * Knowledge in Active Directory * Knowledge in office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Knowledge in adobe applications (Photoshop, basic editing) * Familiarity with hardware and software installation * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology * Must be enrolled and required by the university * **Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City** Job Type: Internship Benefits: * Paid training Application Question(s): * Is this internship a requirement from your university? * Do you have any knowledge of basic computer hardware and troubleshooting?
