Job Description Digital Workplace Intern Job Location: Singapore Location Flexibility: Primary Location Only Req Id: 9778 Posting Start Date: 7/20/26 **Responsibilities:** * Hardware Support Imaging and deployment of laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Software support Installation of OS updates / patches, including firmware and drivers. Updating security patches of standard and end-point applications. * Other Responsibilities Documenting procedures and knowledge base articles. Maintaining asset inventory (if required by customer). Collaborating with IT Teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participating in continual improvement of services **Requirements:** * Pursuing a diploma in IT or relevant * Knowledge of Workplace / End-User / Desktop domain skills * Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android * Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word) * Basic hardware troubleshooting, imaging, setup, and deployment: PC (desktop and laptop), iMac, MacBook Relocation Supported: No Visa Sponsorship Approved: No
