IT Intern

**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues * Provide basic technical support to employees (onsite and remote) * Help in installing, configuring, and updating computer systems and applications * Maintain and organize IT equipment and inventory * Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues * Support data encoding, documentation, and filing of IT-related records * Help ensure data security and proper handling of company information * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned **Qualifications:** * Currently taking up Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking * Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Detail-oriented and responsible Job Type: OJT (On the job training) Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
