Business IT Intern

Join Our Team! We are looking for a motivated and analytical **Business IT Intern** to support our Operations Department in enhancing and developing the company's internal systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, system documentation, and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes, system workflows, and operational requirements. * Prepare system flowcharts, process maps, user journey diagrams, and functional requirement documents. * Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. * Support the preparation of system specifications before development and implementation by the system developer. * Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements from various departments. * Participate in system testing (UAT), identify issues, and document testing results. * Coordinate with the system developer to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality. * Maintain proper documentation for system enhancements, process changes, and user guides. Requirements * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: * Business Information Technology * Information Systems * Computer Science * Software Engineering * Information Technology * or other related disciplines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of business processes and system workflows. * Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io) is an advantage. * Good documentation and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Eager to learn and contribute to system improvement initiatives.
