**Job Position : IT Intern** **Experience : 0 to 6 months (Fresher )** **Location : PuneJob Description :** We are looking for a passionate **IT Intern Intern** who enjoys building software, solving challenging problems, and continuously learning. We value engineers who are not defined by a specific programming language or framework but by their ability to adapt, learn quickly, and leverage modern AI tools to build better software faster. **What You'll Do** * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. * Solve real-world engineering problems with a focus on clean, scalable solutions. * Collaborate with the engineering team on product features and technical improvements. * Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. * Learn new technologies, frameworks, and languages as required by the project. * Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions. * Continuously improve development workflows and engineering practices. **What We're Looking For** * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. * Passion for software development and building impactful products. * Comfortable learning new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. * Experience with or enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools such as **Claude Code, Antigravity**, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar coding assistants. * Ability to break down complex problems and iterate toward practical solutions. * Good understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures. * Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to experiment and learn. **Nice to Have** * Personal projects, hackathon participation, or open-source contributions. * Experience with web, mobile, backend, or AI application development. * Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows. * Basic understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, or databases. **Internship Details** * **Role:** IT Intern * **Duration:** 6 months based on performance PPO * **Location:** Baner , Pune * **Stipend:** * Stipend after 3 months applicable Pay: ₹100,000\.00 - ₹300,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
