Role Description

**Responsibilities :**
*Project Coordination \& Planning:*
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
* Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Maintain project documentation and reports.
*Scrum Facilitation:*
* Assist teams in adopting Scrum practices.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
* Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth collaboration.
*Stakeholder Communication:*
* Act as a bridge between project teams and leadership.
* Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
* Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
**Requirements:**
* Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
* Proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 - ₹20,000\.00 per month
