By translating our expertise in secure data preservation, cryptographic validation, and tamper-evident chain of custody into scalable software platforms, we empower public agencies and international partners to authenticate critical documents across global digital trust networks. **About the Role** We are looking for a Software Development Intern to join our core development team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain key features across our platform applications, with a focus on web development, secure API integrations, and scalable platform infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack software development, authentication, and system architecture, offering hands-on experience and direct impact on core production systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Core Platform \& Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end microservices across the platform lifecycle. * UI/UX \& Document Rendering: Develop clean, modern React component frameworks and secure rendering workflows for data visualization and platform payloads. * Authentication \& Access Management: Implement user authentication, identity verification workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms using modern protocols (e.g., OAuth 2\.0, OIDC). * API Integration \& Data Pipelines: Build and consume RESTful APIs, modern SDKs, and automated workflows to ensure seamless data exchange between platform modules. * Testing, Security \& Optimization: Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and optimize platform performance and security best practices. * Technical Research \& Knowledge Handoff: Benchmark system performance, explore new technologies, and document technical workflows to facilitate seamless handoffs to full-time engineering teams. **Key Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. * Technical Stack: * Languages \& Frameworks: JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React). * Core Concepts: Web Security Fundamentals, Modern APIs (REST/JSON), Database \& Data Modeling Basics, Git Version Control. * Nice-to-Have (Bonus): * Prior exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines. * Basic understanding of security protocols, identity management, or cryptographic concepts (hashing, digital signatures).
