IT Intern

We are looking for an **IT OJT** who will assist the IT team in providing technical support, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and other IT-related tasks. Qualifications * Currently pursuing a **BSIT or any computer-related course** * Required to render a minimum of **1,800 OJT hours** as part of the school curriculum * Willing to undergo on-the-job training in an IT support environment * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting * Willing to learn and assist with various IT-related concerns * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Can work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities * Assist in hardware and software installation * Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops * Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Perform periodic maintenance of computer hardware and software * Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT-related peripherals * Respond to telephone calls and assist users with basic IT-related concerns * Maintain and organize IT-related documentation * Research computer bugs, technical issues, and possible solutions * Assist in laying and maintaining network cables and wires * Monitor and handle IT ticket requests and take appropriate measures to fulfill user requests * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned Work Location: In person
