IT Support Intern

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist with an IT asset disposal exercise and support day-to-day IT operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and corporate IT environments. **The Core Job:** * Assist in sorting, organizing, and tracking IT equipment. * Support the IT asset disposal exercise, including handling and moving IT devices. * Update and maintain asset inventory records. * Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. * Provide basic support for hardware and software issues. * Assist with software installation and system updates. * Support IT administrative tasks and documentation. * Participate in other IT projects and activities as assigned. **Education/Experience** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Comfortable handling and moving IT equipment. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Eager to learn and willing to take on hands-on tasks. * Good teamwork and communication skills.
