Job Description: AI Engineering Intern We are looking for a highly motivated and technically curious **AI Engineering Intern** to join our team. This role is designed for someone who doesn't just want to "use" AI, but wants to build the infrastructure and logic that makes it intelligent. You will work at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), information retrieval, and autonomous systems. ### Key Responsibilities * **Develop RAG Pipelines:** Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to help our models access and leverage proprietary data accurately. * **Build Agentic Workflows:** Design and implement AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool use, and self-correction to solve complex tasks. * **Software Development:** Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in **Python** to integrate AI capabilities into our core products. * **Evaluation \& Benchmarking:** Test LLM outputs for hallucinations and accuracy using frameworks like Ragas or TruLens. * **Data Engineering:** Assist in managing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) and optimizing embedding strategies. ### Qualifications \& Skills * **Language Proficiency:** Strong command of **Python** (experience with asynchronous programming is a plus). * **AI Frameworks:** Familiarity with orchestration libraries such as **LangChain**, **LlamaIndex**, or **LangGraph**. * **LLM Fundamentals:** Understanding of prompt engineering, tokenization, and the architectural differences between frontier models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini). * **Problem Solving:** A "builder" mindset—you enjoy debugging complex systems and finding creative ways to reduce latency and cost. * **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. ### What You’ll Learn * How to take a model from a notebook to a **production-grade agent**. * Advanced techniques in **chunking strategies** and **semantic search**. * The reality of deploying AI at scale, including monitoring and rate-limit management. ### Why Join Us?
