AI/ML Intern — 2026 Graduate Program (Remote)

**Description** AdhokAI is a remote-first technology company building AI-driven solutions — including AI development, voice agents, WhatsApp automation, and web/mobile applications — for real clients. We're opening our AI/ML Internship Program for **2026 graduates** who want to move beyond theory and build production-grade skills in modern AI engineering. This is a **2-month, fully remote, structured learning-and-build program** — not a "watch tutorials" internship. You'll progress through a hands-on curriculum covering Python fundamentals, data validation, databases, API development, LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, LangChain, RAG, and AI agents — the exact stack AdhokAI uses in its own products. Each phase builds on the last, with checkpoint projects to prove real understanding, not memorized definitions. By the end of the program, you'll have built a capstone project combining a FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL, data validation, and a RAG or agent-based feature — deployed and running. Strong performers will be considered for real client project work and future opportunities with AdhokAI. **Duration:** 2 months **Mode:** Fully remote **Stipend:** Unpaid **What you get:** Structured mentorship, a real curriculum, hands-on project experience, and a certificate of completion **Responsibilities** * Complete each phase of the AI/ML learning roadmap on the suggested pace, from Python fundamentals through to AI agents * Build and submit checkpoint projects at the end of every phase for review * Actively debug, iterate, and explain your own design decisions — not just working code, but understanding why it works * Participate in regular check-ins / reviews with the mentor(s) overseeing the program * Complete a final capstone project integrating the full stack (FastAPI \+ PostgreSQL \+ Pydantic \+ RAG/Agent feature) **Requirements** * Graduating in 2026 (recently graduated) * Basic familiarity with Python (comfort with syntax; prior project experience is a plus but not mandatory) * Genuine interest in AI/ML and backend engineering — this program assumes curiosity and consistency, not prior expertise * Ability to commit meaningfully to a 2-month remote schedule with regular checkpoints * A working laptop and stable internet connection * Self-driven learning ability — you'll be expected to read docs, debug independently, and ask good questions **Good To Have (not Required)** * Prior exposure to Git/GitHub * Basic understanding of REST APIs or SQL * Any personal projects, even small ones, that you can talk about How to Apply Submit your resume along with a short note on why you're interested in AI/ML
