You will investigate code, diagnose defects, and implement fixes under the guidance of experienced mentors.** **Your Responsibilities:** * **Supporting Issue Analysis**: Assisting in reviewing 2nd level support reports and helping trace application execution flows (Java/React/Oracle). * **Assisting in Defect Replication**: Participating in reproducing and isolating software defects in test environments and documenting technical findings. * **Helping with Bug Resolution**: Supporting the development team in designing and implementing straightforward code-level hotfixes. * **Team Support \& Knowledge Sharing**: Assisting developers and support specialists in day-to-day incident resolution and technical investigations. **Qualifications** **Must-Have:** * **Active student status** (mandatory). * Availability for **min. 30 hours per week** (flexible schedule adjusted to your classes). * **English proficiency (min.
