You will perform deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making. * Participate in critical, relevant projects to uncover insights that will be presented to key leadership – influencing strategic decisions that directly affect organizations across Vanguard * Share your insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, encouraging environments * Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers * Meet regularly with your department manager and internship program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship **What It Takes** * An undergraduate degree and graduate studies aligned to Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related analytical field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience * Demonstrated experience in data and analytics, computer science, statistical analysis, machine learning, hypothesis testing and data visualization.
