Software QA Intern

We work smart, solve problems fast, and always stay ahead of the curve. **About the Role** Hardhead Technologies Corporation is looking for a Software QA Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with our Software Development and Project Management teams to help ensure that our applications are functional, reliable, and aligned with business requirements. **Responsibilities** * Assist in testing software applications. * Execute test cases and document testing results. * Identify, reproduce, and document software bugs and issues. * Create clear and detailed bug reports for the development team. * Assist in performing functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. * Verify that reported issues have been properly resolved. * Review system requirements and help identify potential issues or gaps. * Maintain testing documentation, test cases, and related QA records. * Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams. * Coordinate with developers and project team members regarding testing activities and reported issues. * Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by the team. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Preferably required to complete an OJT/Internship program. * Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance concepts. * Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies or potential issues. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Willing to learn and work in a collaborative environment. * Basic knowledge of Jira, test cases, bug tracking, or software development processes is an advantage but not required. **What You'll Gain** * Hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing. * Exposure to actual business software development projects. * Experience creating and executing test cases. * Practical experience in bug tracking and issue management using Jira. * Exposure to Agile/Scrum software development practices. * Experience working with developers, QA personnel, and project management teams. * Opportunity to understand the complete software development lifecycle from requirements to testing and deployment. **To Apply** Send your CV and a quick intro to **careers@hheadtech.com** with the subject: **Software QA Intern – [Your Name]** Feel free to include any certifications, technical projects, or relevant experience that showcase your skills. **Job Type:** OJT (On-the-Job Training) **Contract Length:** 2 months **Join us and gain practical experience supporting real clients, real infrastructure, and real business technology environments.** Application Question(s): * We must fill this position urgently.
