**About GeneralMind** GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle. Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows. **About the role** In the Value Delivery team, we take our enterprise customers from first pilot to full production rollout: scoping ERP integrations, running clean handovers between teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A lot of that still runs on manual work today, and that's exactly where you come in. You'll automate how we work internally. Linear workflows, delivery reporting, and small internal tools that give the team back hours every week. You won't be working on our core product. You'll be building the tools that make the team behind it faster and smarter, and you'll use AI daily to build them. **What you will do** * Spot internal processes worth automating (delivery tracking, reporting, customer onboarding workflows) and build the solution yourself. * Design, build, and ship small, focused tools and dashboards with Claude Code, Next.js, and Vercel. * Work deep inside our project management stack: automate workflows, build integrations, connect data flows between tools. * Turn existing scripts and one-off prototypes into robust, reusable tools the whole team can rely on. * Work side by side with the Value Delivery team to find where the real leverage is, then go after it. * Try new approaches when it makes sense: new AI tooling, new integrations, new ways to cut manual steps out entirely. * Bring fresh ideas: keep an eye on what's coming in AI-assisted development so our internal tooling stays ahead. **What we are looking for** * Experience with, or strong curiosity about, Claude Code and AI-assisted development. * An automation mindset: you spot a repetitive process and immediately want it gone. * An independent, pragmatic way of working: build small, ship fast, iterate. * Comfortable with Next.js or similar; you can get something deployed and working without hand-holding. * An eye for where the real bottleneck is, and the instinct to get the details right. * Genuinely interested in B2B SaaS, AI, and enterprise operations. * You're happy being in the office five days a week. **What you'll get** * Real ownership from day one: you'll pick the problems and ship the tools, not just execute someone else's backlog. * A front-row seat at an AI startup working with some of the world's biggest companies. * Room to grow fast: as we scale, the role grows with you. * Work directly with the Value Delivery team and the founders.
