Role Description
Abirami Audio is a cultural media company creating devotional and Tamil heritage audio products including the popular Thirukkural Audio Kural Box. We are expanding our digital automation to handle customer interactions through WhatsApp and cloud telephony.
We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy intern who is interested in automation, AI tools, and communication systems. The intern will help build and manage WhatsApp chatbot flows, IVR call systems, and automation for customer engagement.
**Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include**
* Setting up and managing WhatsApp automation flows (Interakt platform).
* Assisting in building chatbot conversation flows.
* Helping configure cloud telephony IVR systems.
* Integrating SMS, WhatsApp, and order links.
* Testing automation workflows and improving customer experience.
* Documenting processes and helping optimize call-to-WhatsApp conversions.

About Company: Magicbox Animation Private Limited, established in 2005, is engaged in creating quality animation content for children aged 6 months to 12 years. We educate and entertain children through our animations which consist of rhymes, moral stories, epic stories, early learning series, and interactive quizzes. We specialize in home video production in various languages of South India and in English. We also bring our content to children at their fingertips through iOS, Android, and Windows apps.
