**The Role**
* Collaborate with a senior Data Science team to design, implement, and optimize production-ready Machine Learning models.
* Analyze massive, real-world datasets to uncover trends and patterns that drive global product innovation.
* Develop and test complex algorithms for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced data visualization.
* Build interactive dashboards and reports to communicate critical insights to key business stakeholders.
* Clean and transform complex data structures to prepare them for training high-performance AI models.
**What You'll Need**
* Currently in your penultimate year of an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
* Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries/tools.
* A solid foundational understanding of Machine Learning techniques, statistical modeling, and algorithmic logic.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to take a practical, hands-on approach to complex problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills to translate technical data findings into actionable business insights.
