**Full Stack Developer Intern (Python/Django)** **Company:** AapkaPainter **Location:** Bangalore / Remote / Hybrid **Duration:** 3–6 months (Full-time) **Stipend:** ₹20,000 \+ up to ₹10,000 performance bonus **About AapkaPainter** AapkaPainter is a fast-growing home services platform transforming how painting and interior projects are executed through technology, automation, and AI. **Role Overview** We are looking for builders, not just learners. You will work on live systems, ship real features, and directly impact product performance. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment. **What You’ll Do** - Build backend features using Python \& Django - Design and integrate REST APIs - Work on database design \& optimization - Debug real production issues - Ship features end-to-end (backend \+ integration) **What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)** - Ship 2–3 production features - Fix real bugs impacting users - Handle APIs \+ frontend integration independently - Deliver with speed and ownership **Required Skills** - Strong Python fundamentals - Django / Flask experience - REST APIs understanding - MySQL/PostgreSQL basics - HTML/CSS/JS familiarity - Strong problem-solving ability **Bonus (Preferred)** - Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude) - Built real projects (not just tutorials) **Not a Fit If** - You need constant guidance - You are looking for a learning-only internship - You haven’t built anything real **Growth Opportunity** Top performers will be fast-tracked for a PPO (₹6–12 LPA).
