IT Support (Internship)

**Job Title:** IT Support Intern **Location:** BGC, Taguig or EDSA, Mandaluyong (onsite) **Internship Type:** Paid Internship **Allowance:** PHP 300 per 8-hour workday **Duration:** Minimum of 400 hours **About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **IT Support Intern** to join our team. This internship is ideal for students who are required to complete their academic internship, but we also welcome voluntary applicants who are eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network concerns) * Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate more complex concerns when necessary * Support user account setup, access management, and password resets * Help maintain IT inventory, including tracking and documentation of devices and licenses * Assist in system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks * Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions for reference * Coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed * Support IT projects and administrative tasks as assigned **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field * Must render at least **400 internship hours** (required for academic programs or voluntary) * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts * Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools is an advantage * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Willing to be assigned in **BGC or EDSA Mandaluyong (onsite)** **What You’ll Gain:** * Hands-on experience in real-world IT support operations * Exposure to corporate IT systems and infrastructure * Opportunity to develop troubleshooting and technical skills * Mentorship and guidance from experienced IT professionals * Practical experience that strengthens your resume and career readiness Job Type: OJT (On the job training) Pay: Php5,000\.00 - Php6,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
