IT Support Intern

**IT Support Intern** (Monthly Package: AED 3,000\) We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting, who is proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in AI tools and their application within IT support. The internship duration is 3 months. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide basic hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network and user support * Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and escalate when required * Assist with laptop setup, software installation, onboarding and access requests * Handle ad-hoc IT support requirements **Preferred Skills:** * Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools and technologies * Good communication skills * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
