IT Internship

**Job Description:** * Assist the IT team with daily technical support and IT operations. * Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and user issues. * Assist with IT projects, system implementation, and documentation. * Support the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Assist in testing and improving internal IT tools and applications. * Explore and support the implementation of AI and automation initiatives. * Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, software, or programming. * Willing to learn and explore new technologies. * Good problem-solving and communication skills. * Able to work independently as well as in a team. **What You'll Gain:** * Hands-on experience in real-world IT operations. * Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation projects. * Experience in troubleshooting and supporting users. * Opportunity to work on internal IT projects. * Mentorship and guidance from the IT team.
