Role Description

Thinklery Group is a Singapore-based edutech company creating characters, collectibles, and interactive learning experiences that make education joyful. Our work has attracted over 5 million organic engagements, 30,000 followers, and 18,000 edutech users, with a 28% conversion rate. Our products are currently sold in 13\+ retail stores across Singapore and Malaysia, and we collaborate with institutions and brands to build AI-powered learning tools and interactive digital experiences for K–12 audiences. We're backed by global institutions and international investors, and are preparing our next fundraise. This is a founding-stage assessment with real ownership and a direct path to a senior technical position. **The Role** You'll be our lead developer. You'll own the full stack across live products: * AI Learning Services (React \+ LLM API \+ Supabase) — AI-powered services for renowned clients. * Ops Portal (React \+ Vite \+ Supabase) — Our internal ERP system handling inventory, shipments, delivery orders, and integrations with Shopify, tracking providers, and logistics partners via Supabase Edge Functions. * Interactive Games (React \+ TypeScript \+ Supabase) — Quizzes and daily engagement. Some MVPS already live at https://thinklery.com/pages/play **What You'll Actually Do** * Build new features and ship them to production (not just prototypes) * Integrate AI APIs into student-facing learning products * Maintain and improve live applications **Tech Stack** * React (TypeScript preferred) * Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions) or similar (Firebase counts) * Git \+ GitHub (branching, PRs, collaboration) * REST APIs and database design * Next.js or Vite * LLM API integration * Vercel deployment * Tailwind CSS **Who This Is For** * You've built AND deployed something that real people used (even 10 users counts — we just want to see it live) * You can pick up an unfamiliar codebase and figure it out without hand-holding * You can explain what you're building to someone who doesn't code * You want to own products end-to-end, not just write code to a spec * You're available for at least 6 months with no major interruptions (exchange semesters, month-long trips, etc.) **Who This Is NOT For** * You've only built things for school modules that you never maintained after grading * You need to be told exactly what to do before you start * You're looking for a 2-month summer internship * You can't commit at least 3 days per week **What You Get** * Real products, real users, real clients. Not a sandbox. Your code goes live. * Path to CTO. If the internship goes well, we convert to full-time with equity (ESOP). We need a technical co-founder for our next fundraise. * Startup experience with safety nets. We have paying clients, revenue, and institutional backing — not just a pitch deck. * Portfolio pieces you can actually show. Live URLs, real users, client logos. **How to Apply** Send to hello@thinklery.com: * Your CV * A link to something you built that is live or has a working demo (GitHub repo alone is not enough — we want to see it running) * One sentence on why Thinklery specifically Interview is 45 minutes: 15-minute chat \+ 30-minute live coding task (you'll build a React component while sharing your screen, no LeetCode).
