Drone & Robotics Development Intern

Acleanz™ Facility Services is looking for enthusiastic Drone \& Robotics Development Interns to support the research, design, prototyping, assembly, programming, and testing of drones and robotic systems for cleaning and facility-management applications. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: * Assist in designing and developing drone and robotic prototypes * Assemble mechanical parts, motors, sensors, controllers, pumps, and electronic components * Support CAD modelling, circuit design, wiring, soldering, and component integration * Assist with programming microcontrollers and embedded systems such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms * Test motors, sensors, flight controllers, communication systems, and robotic mechanisms * Help develop water-spraying and cleaning mechanisms for drones and robots * Troubleshoot hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical issues * Conduct controlled performance and safety tests under supervision * Maintain technical documentation, test reports, component lists, and development records * Research new technologies related to drones, robotics, automation, computer vision, and cleaning equipment Who can apply: * Students or recent graduates in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Candidates with a genuine interest in building drones, robots, and automation systems * Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical assembly, CAD, embedded systems, or programming * Candidates who are willing to perform practical, hands-on development and testing work * Candidates who can work in a hybrid arrangement and attend the Mumbai workplace when required Preferred skills: * Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, C/C\+\+, or Python * CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar tools * Motors, ESCs, batteries, sensors, flight controllers, and communication modules * Soldering, wiring, prototyping, 3D printing, and basic fabrication * Drone technology, robotics, IoT, automation, or computer vision What you will gain: * Practical experience in drone and robotics product development * Exposure to real-world research, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting * Opportunity to contribute to innovative cleaning and facility-management technologies * Internship certificate upon successful completion * Letter of recommendation based on performance Important safety note: All drone operations, electrical work, machinery use, pressure-system testing, and elevated-area testing will be conducted only with proper authorization, safety precautions, and supervision.
