**Role** Software Engineer / System Engineer / Technical Consultant **Job Description Overview** We are seeking talented software engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in financial markets and consulting. In this role, you will work directly with financial institutions including banks, exchanges, and clearing houses as a technical consultant, helping clients analyze business challenges and design, develop, and implement trading and risk management solutions. This position offers exposure not only to software engineering, but also to client-facing consulting work such as: * Business analysis and requirements gathering * Solution proposal and system design * Financial system implementation and support * Risk management and trading workflow optimization * Communication with international teams and clients * End-to-end project involvement from consulting to delivery This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to combine technical expertise with consulting and business problem-solving skills in the financial industry.
