IT Support (Intern)

**Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level IT technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and access/permission issues. * Assist employees with computer hardware and software-related issues, including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and other common applications. * Assist with IT asset management, including equipment registration, distribution, tracking, and collection. * Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to the relevant IT team when necessary. * Support day-to-day IT operations and other IT-related tasks as assigned. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field**. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows/macOS, and Microsoft Office. * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
