Phase 2 – Paid Onsite Internship **Duration:** Next 3 Months **Location:** Pune, Maharashtra **Mode:** Onsite **Status:** Paid Internship Candidates who successfully qualify through Phase 1 may be selected for the next stage based on performance. Important Terms \& Conditions * Phase 1 is a **3-month Foundation \& Learning Phase without stipend/payment**. * Selection for Phase 2 is based on performance and organizational requirements. * Phase 2 is a **paid onsite internship in Pune**. * The applicable Phase 2 stipend will depend on the selected role and will be communicated separately. * Completion of Phase 1 does not guarantee Phase 2 selection. * Completion of Phase 2 does not guarantee a PPO. * PPO / Full-Time Employment is subject to performance, final evaluation and business requirements. * Candidates must maintain satisfactory attendance, discipline, conduct and performance. * The Company may discontinue a candidate from the program in case of consistently unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, non-compliance or failure to meet program requirements. * Candidates must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, skills and experience. * Candidates must be comfortable with the complete 3-phase structure before applying.
