For this, we are looking for a highly motivated master’s student with an interest in data-driven process improvements. Process mining drives business transformation by converting complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling process transparency, efficiency gains, and sustainable business value. **Your Responsibilities** * Developing and testing machine learning approaches to derive insights and predictions from process data * Researching, implementing, and comparing suitable methods from the fields of machine learning, process mining, and predictive analytics * Evaluating and validating the developed approaches in terms of their significance and practical applicability * (Optional) Building a prototype application to put the predictive model into practice What you will bring To become part of the ROSEN family, show us that you can work well in a team, have an analytical mind, and work independently.
