You will work in the IATA I\&D department and collaborate with all other divisions. **You Will Be Responsible For** * Supporting and reviewing I\&D Application support processes. * Cleaning, enriching and completing Jira Database information. * Using Rovo and CoPilot to automating and enriching current support processes. * Supporting knowledge management activities. * Generating powerBI reports on Application support activities. **We would love to hear from you if you have:** * A recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation) or related field. * Good process analytical skills * Good at innovation and/or creativity * Excellent planning and organization skills **Nice To Have** * Experience in AI tools Travel Required: N ****Learn more about IATA’s role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at iata/careers/ .
