**Selected Interns' Day-to-day Responsibilities Include**
* AI Model Development \& Training: Work on NLP and machine learning models for interview simulations, speech analysis, and resume evaluation, and fine-tune pre-trained models from Hugging Face to improve responses and feedback.
* Data Collection \& Processing: Assist in curating, cleaning, and preprocessing text, audio, and video datasets to enhance AI accuracy, and work with both structured and unstructured data to develop robust AI models.
* Speech \& Sentiment Analysis: Develop models to analyze confidence, tone, and clarity in candidate speech, and experiment with emotion detection models to enhance AI interview coaching.
* AI-Powered Chatbots \& Automation: Build and optimize AI chatbots for interactive Q\&A and interview assistance, and implement real-time AI feedback mechanisms for candidates.
* Collaboration \& Experimentation: Work with engineering and product teams to integrate AI into Fintervue’s platform, and explore cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to improve interview simulations and candidate assessments.
