Software Engineer (Intern)

**Job Description:** * Design, develop, and maintain platform applications that support trading operations, portfolio analytics, and internal workflows. * Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern engineering best practices. * Develop intuitive and high-performance frontend interfaces for end users. * Perform testing and debugging to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for further improvement. * Optimize applications for performance, efficiency and scalability. * Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. * Apply basic UX/UI principles to improve user experience and engagement. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development. * Maintain technical documentation such as code comments, diagrams, flowcharts, and layouts. * Ad-hoc tasks as assigned. **Requirements:** * Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Proficient in JavaScript and at least one modern framework (e.g., React or Laravel). * Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. * Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles. * Good knowledge of database (e.g MySQL or NoSQL). * Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details. * Knowledge of recruitment processes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce is an advantage. **Learning Outcomes \& Objectives** * To support business operations by building reliable and efficient web systems. * Learned how to design and build backend APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces. * Learned to identify issues and implement effective solutions in real-world scenarios. * Participated in code reviews and learned best practices. **Our Benefits** Attractive remuneration will be commensurate with experiences Working Location (Singapore: Jurong) 5-days work Company transport provided in several locations Medical benefits Dental benefits **Apply Job** Interested applicants, submit your resume to “**recruit@bhglobal.com.sg**” and providing the below details in your resume. 1\.
