We build ERP integrations, AI agents, and workflow automations, guaranteed: no results, no payment. We work vendor-agnostically with n8n, Power Automate, Langdock, Supabase, Claude API, Qdrant, and Hetzner. Our interns and working students are part of the delivery team from day 1\. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** • Develop and deploy automation workflows (n8n, Power Automate, Langdock— depending on client environment) • Program API adapters in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for ERP, CRM, and third-party systems • Build dashboards, frontends, and management overviews (React, HTML/CSS, Notion, Supabase) • Set up knowledge bases and document structures (SharePoint, Notion, Supabase) • Create AI-powered flows for email classification, document processing, and routing • Automate document generation (offers, reminders, reports via templates) • Work in 10-day sprints: process analysis → MVP → test → go-live • Standardize workflow templates and documentation in Git • Create and maintain playbooks and guidelines for automated processes **REQUIRED PROFILE** • Enrolled at a university in Germany (Bachelor's from 4th semester or Master's) • Python AND JavaScript/TypeScript — both used in projects • Hands-on experience with n8n, Power Automate, OR Make (at least one own project) • REST APIs (authentication, webhooks, error handling) • SQL (PostgreSQL, Supabase, or BI data sources) • Git/GitHub for version control • Docker basics • Self-directed, results-oriented working style • Languages: German B1-B2, English required **NICE TO HAVE** • ERP API experience (SAP B1 SOAP/DI-API, Dynamics REST/OData, DATEV CSV, Lexware XML) • OCR / document processing (AWS Textract, Tesseract, ZUGFeRD/XRechnung XML parsing) • React / Next.js for client-facing dashboards • SharePoint administration, Notion, or Airtable as backend/knowledge base • Power BI / DAX (dashboards, data models) • Power Apps or low-code tools (Retool, Appsheet) • Document automation (Word templates, mail merge, PDF export) • Ticket systems (Linear, Notion, Jira) • BPMN modeling (process documentation) • Prompt engineering and basic LLM integration • Monitoring / logging (Grafana, Sentry) • Cloud experience (Hetzner, AWS, Azure, Vercel) • Microsoft Graph API, Zapier, or Integromat • GitHub portfolio or documented projects **CONDITIONS** • Type: Internship (3-6 months) or Working Student (15-20h/week) • Start: ASAP • Location: Remote (anywhere in Germany), HQ Berlin • Option to write your Master's thesis in cooperation with NOAVIA • Path to full-time position based on performance **APPLICATION** Send your CV and a link to your GitHub profile or best project.
