**Role Description**
This is an internship opportunity with Vedanta Mobility for individuals passionate about AI and global mobility technology. The role includes assisting in the design, research, and development of intelligent systems and tools, supporting project implementation, and creating insightful reports and presentations. Additionally, interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects and contribute ideas to ongoing initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore Urban district, with the flexibility to work remotely also for part of the assignment without any STIPEND.
**AI / Machine Learning Intern – Prototype Development (Bengaluru)**
We are initiating the **prototype development of “Visa on Wheels”**, an AI-driven mobility intelligence platform being developed under **VEDANTA MOBILITY .**
The project explores a research concept called **Bidirectional IC Mobility Intelligence** to support structured insights in global mobility and visa preparation processes around the world. We have an immediate project MOI, UAE as our proposal is already acknowledged and under final reveiw.
We are looking for **AI / Data Science interns based in Bengaluru**, preferably around the **BHIVE workspace ecosystem**, who are interested in contributing to an early-stage deep-tech prototype.
**Project Scope**
* Build a small **AI proof-of-concept prototype**
* Develop an **intent analysis model using sample datasets**
* Create a simple **prototype dashboard (Python / Streamlit)**
* Assist in AI architecture and research documentation
**Preferred Skills**
* Python
* Machine Learning basics
* Data analysis / AI modeling
* Familiarity with tools like Streamlit, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks
**Location:** Bengaluru
**Mode:** Hybrid / Remote collaboration possible
**Duration:** 4–8 weeks
**Note:**
This is currently a **research-stage prototype internship and does not include a stipend**. However, contributors will gain hands-on experience working on an early-stage next Generation AI concept and may have the **opportunity to work in UAE as regular employee for the same project with us, if the prototype progresses successfully when submitted to UAE .**
