Role Description
Workfall is a new-age Premium Talent Tech Platform, looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Java Developer Interns to join our innovative \& growing Development Team.
**Eligibility**
:
* Completed training in Java (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot.
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
* Familiarity with AWS services is a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Work Location:**
Bangalore (On-site)
**Internship Duration:**
2 Months (Full-Tim - Unpaid))
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain backend components and services using Java and Spring Boot.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
* Optimize database design, queries, and performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
* Integrate and utilize AWS services for cloud-based application development.
* Debug and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Participate in code reviews and daily stand-ups to discuss progress and challenges.
* Document development processes and code changes.
* Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
**Requirements:**
* Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java.
* Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
* Databases: Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
* Cloud: Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) is a plus.
* Version Control: Experience with Git.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
* Soft Skills: Self-motivated, a good team player, and eager to learn and grow.
