IT Intern

We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated **IT Intern** to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and technology operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about hardware, software, and network management in a professional environment while assisting the IT department in daily technical tasks and projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software. * Provide technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Support network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities. * Help maintain IT asset inventories and documentation. * Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control. * Support cybersecurity initiatives such as system updates, backups, and patch management. * Participate in IT projects and contribute ideas to improve system performance and efficiency. * Research new technologies or tools that could benefit company operations. **Qualifications** **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. **Skills:** 1. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles. 2. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments. 3. Knowledge of common office and productivity software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). 4. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices is a plus. 5.
