**Salary Scale:** $25\.61 to $31\.98 per hour

**General Accountability**
Our Information Technology Services (ITS) Department is looking for a talented Analyst, for Information Technology Platform Services to join our team! Reporting to the Manager of IT Platform Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of TTC’s IT platforms.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
* As an Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, offer technical direction to staff, assist in planning, resource assessment and technology evaluations and contribute to capital and operating budget planning.
* You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement for various enterprise IT platforms such as Windows OS, Intune, BizTalk, Azure Cloud Services, Office365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and more.
* You will install, manage, and support IT platforms and perform upgrades, administration, and maintenance; provide daily incident support and implement service requests.
* This position requires availability during non-business hours (evening and weekends) and change of regular scheduled work hours on short notice to meet and accommodate work as needed.

**Education and Experience**
* Familiarity with setting up and administering a .Net environment.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems (Windows OS, Linux), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for complex IT challenges.
* Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and incident management.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools (TNG, Nagios) for performance and health tracking.
* Experience in implementing security measures and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time management skills.
* Adaptability to changing technologies and environments, with the ability to work independently.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
* Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in IT platform management.
* Exposure to on-call support and off-hour incident response.
* a university degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent, combined with several years of experience working progressively in IT Platforms and technical support in a major corporate environment
