Your Daily Impact:
* Learn the ropes of software releases by helping us monitor system health and prepare release notes. You’ll be our "eyes on the ground," learning how to spot alerts before they become problems.
* Get comfortable with live environments by making simple configuration changes in a safe, non-production space. It’s the perfect way to see how global software deployment actually works.
* Build your eye for detail by helping us compare data across different environments. You’ll be a vital part of our quality check process, learning how we keep things running smoothly.
* Grow your technical toolkit by practising SQL through database view maintenance and helping us keep our team documentation (Confluence) fresh and useful.
* Discover how to manage a professional workflow by handling tasks in Jira. You’ll learn how to keep a project moving and ensure every ticket is accurate and on track.
Who You Are
* You are a reliable problem-solver who takes ownership of your tasks. You love gathering new information to find solutions and naturally build trusted relationships that keep a team strong.
* You’re naturally curious and enjoy looking at data to understand the "why" behind system behaviour.
* You’ve got the basics of SQL and Linux/Unix from your studies and are ready to apply them to real-world scenarios.
* Your English is at a B2\+/C1 level. You’ll start by interacting with customers via Jira and, as you get more confident, I’ll support you in joining occasional calls.
* You have a genuine interest in AI Agents and you're curious about how we can use them to automate the boring stuff.
* You’re a "we over me" person who thrives in a supportive environment where we all help each other succeed.

3\. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of current and future recruitment - pursuant to Article 6(1\)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Polish Personal Data Protection Act and Article 22 of the Polish Labor Code. Following legitimate interests, during recruitment process a former employer can be contacted, pursuant to 6(1\)(f) of the EU GDPR.
4\. Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes with respect to the same or different positions. When consented, the data will be kept for 24 months, at the applicant’s request they can be also deleted immediately after the recruitment process.
5\. You have the right to request the controller to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
