We’re looking for a hands-on and curious **IT Intern** to support our web systems, tech tools, and internal users. Gain real experience in a fast-moving digital environment and be part of a team that builds practical solutions!
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Assist in **maintaining websites**, landing pages, and learning platforms (e.g. WordPress)
* Provide **technical support** to staff on software, system access, and hardware issues
* Help set up and manage internal tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and LMS
* Support integration of third-party tools (e.g., forms, chat widgets, tracking tools)
* Assist in basic troubleshooting for network, login, or email issues
* Prepare and update system documentation or SOPs
* Help in testing and improving system performance and usability
**Who You Are**
* Student or fresh graduate in **IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related fields**
* Knowledge in **basic HTML, CSS, and WordPress** is an advantage
* Comfortable with tech tools like Google Drive, Zoom, and web apps
* Able to speak and write in Mandarin.
* Logical thinker, problem-solver, and team player
* Willing to learn and take initiative to solve real problems
