Technical Project Intern

**Job Title: Technical Project Intern** **Location:** Mumbai **Duration:** 3–6 months (extendable / PPO based on performance) **Reporting to:** Sr. VP – Technology **About the Role** We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Intern to work closely with the Sr. VP – Technology, supporting day-to-day technical operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives across the group's digital and technology functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to technology leadership, cross-functional coordination, and real-world execution in a fast-paced digital/media environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the Sr. VP – Technology in tracking ongoing tech projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams * Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to gather status updates and consolidate reports * Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership reviews * Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to the group's digital products * Help document technical processes, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases * Assist in vendor coordination, tool evaluations, and technology procurement follow-ups * Support QA/testing efforts and basic troubleshooting when required * Take notes and follow up on action items from technical meetings and stand-ups * Assist with ad-hoc analysis, data compilation, and light coding/scripting tasks as needed **Requirements** * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field * Basic understanding of software development concepts (any programming language), web technologies, or product/project management * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams * Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment * Prior internship or project experience in tech/product environments is a plus **Good to Have** * Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar PM tools * Exposure to basic scripting (Python/SQL) or no-code/low-code platforms * Interest in AI/emerging tech trends **What You'll Gain** * Direct mentorship and exposure to technology leadership decision-making * Cross-functional exposure across digital, media, and product teams within the group * Certificate of internship and potential for a full-time offer based on performance **How to Apply** Please share your resume, portfolio, and links to websites, landing pages, or design projects you have worked on. **Email:** [email protected] Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
