Internship – Digital Design & Generative AI Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student in the greater area of Graz who would like to support our Digital Design team part-time, next to their studies. **Your Responsibilities** * Support digital design activities using advanced Generative AI technologies and methodologies. * Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows for digital design. * Create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based solutions to improve productivity and accuracy. * Analyze design data and generate insights using AI-supported techniques. * Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and documentation for design activities. **Your Profile** * Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar * Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and ready to take on problems * Knowledge of programming languages such as Verilog or Python is beneficial * Solid English skills (speaking and writing) * Team player and eager to develop best in class products * Availability around 8-20 hours/week Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
