Intern – Customer Technical Support Engineer

**Royex Technologies** is a Dubai-based Mobile App and Website Development Company. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Customer Technical Support Intern** to join our team. This internship is ideal for a fresh graduate who wants to gain practical experience in **technical support, client communication, software development, and project requirements gathering**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the technical support team in handling client queries and technical issues. * Participate in client meetings, both onsite and online, to understand requirements. * Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements. * Support the preparation of technical proposals, specifications, workflows, and cost estimates. * Coordinate with development, sales, and project management teams. * Assist with basic troubleshooting and software/product support. * Learn and stay updated with new technologies and industry trends. * Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in **Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field**. * Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development concepts. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing environment. * Language: Must be fluent in **English & Arabic** * Fresh graduates and candidates with **0–1 year of experience** are encouraged to apply. **Other Benefits:** * Mobile Bill Allowance *(upon full-time employment)* * Yearly Tour Allowance *(upon full-time employment)* * Weekly 2 Days Off **Interested candidates can send their CV to:** **[email protected]** For more information about Royex Technologies, please visit www.royex.ae Pay: AED1,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
