Role Description
The MCMC Internship Programme - RISE@MCMC is to attract potential and brightest talents who are up for the challenge in our diverse business functions. The programme will provide opportunities to gain valuable hands-on exposure and experiences which will bring great benefits in charting your professional journey.
Responsibilities:
1\. Develop the front-end prototype for Application Form submission.
2\. Assist in the Analytic Dashboard development using various machine learning models, Python, or relevant platforms.
3\. Support data collection, cleaning and analysis for HR and Academy-related datasets.
4\. Perform verification on data submission from all departments and the HR systems. To verify that the data source conforms to the measurable metric defined by the team.
5\. Conduct research on AT applications in HR, including talent analytics, predictive modeling and employee experience.
6\. Prepare reports, presentations and documentation of findings and prototypes.
7\. Collaborate with internal teams to understand HR workflows and identify AT integration opportunities.
Internship Requirements:
1\. Bachelor’s degree (full-time students) in Software Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Data Science or related areas or any other related field.
2\. Minimum CGPA 3\.20 or its equivalent.
3\. Students with active involvement in extra-curricular activities at the university.
4\. Studies in AI are and added advantage
5\. Possess programming knowledge in Python or PHP
6\. Possess knowledge in SQL, C\+\+, JAVA, Dart, Laravel, Flutter, Flask
