Role Description
MIS Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage rate cards across multiple systems with high accuracy
Perform profitability analysis at shipment, customer, and service levels
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and support decision-making with actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Good understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability metrics
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
