Role Description
**About the Project:**
**We are building a modern, minimalistic construction, architecture \& interior project management app for Android, iOS, and Web.**
**The goal is to replace current manual workflows (Google Forms \& Sheets) with a fully integrated platform that helps manage projects, tasks, materials, vendors, communication, and reporting in one place.**
**Figma designs and complete feature planning are already ready.**
**Responsibilities**
· **Develop a cross-platform application (Mobile \+ Web)**
· **Convert Figma designs into a functional product**
· **Build scalable backend and database architecture**
· **Implement role-based access and real-time features**
· **Ensure smooth performance and responsive UI/UX**
· **Handle testing, bug fixing, and optimization**
· **Maintain proper documentation**
**Requirements**
· **Experience in Full Stack Development**
· **Strong knowledge of modern frameworks (React / Flutter / React Native / etc.)**
· **Backend experience (Node.js / Django / Firebase / Supabase)**
· **Database management (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase)**
· **Experience with APIs and real-time systems**

**Compensation: Flexible (Based on experience: Monthly / Project scope)**

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 - ₹30,000\.00 per month
