Strong mentorship for your professional growth Professional network and route to entry level position **Position Summary** As a **Sensory Evaluation Intern**, you will be a member of the Sensory \& Product Experience Team at NPTC Nutrition \& Health. Your role will be to support the Sensory Specialists in running sensory evaluations with trained tasters and to recruit and train new expert tasters. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context. **A Day in the Life of a Sensory Evaluation Intern** * Lead the recruitment, screening, and training of new expert panelists under guidance of a sensory specialist * Support the Sensory Specialists in planning, preparing, and running sensory tests with sensory panels according to best practices * Support the Sensory \& Product Experience team in various activities related to sensory \& product research **What will make you successful** * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science / Technology, ideally with focus on sensory evaluation and/or consumer research * Good understanding and first operational experience (academical or professional) in sensory analysis techniques and their applications * Operational experience in sensory panel moderation is a plus * Passion for sensory evaluation \& product tasting and readiness to participate in tasting sessions, including dairy-based products * Good knowledge in statistics * Computer-literate (Microsoft 365, dedicated technical software) * Fluent in English and German At Nestlé, we want to help shape a better and healthier world, inspire people to live healthier lives and deliver impact at a scale and pace that makes a difference.
