The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated intern to join our design team for a -6-month internship. As an intern, you will develop RTL for mix-signal state of the art converters and Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU). You will also be involved in automation using IPXACT MESA flow. We provide an environment of continual learning and growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Contribute to the digital design and optimization of state-of-the-art mix-mode converters * Develop and implement RTL modules using SystemVerilog/Verilog * Perform functional simulation, verification, and debugging of digital designs * Participate in integration through automation within a larger SoC environment * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including verification, physical design, and system architects **Qualifications** What You’ll Need * Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering or a related field * Knowledge in digital IC design and computer architecture * Experience with HDL languages (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for RTL design * Understanding of topics such as low-power design, and digital system integration * Familiarity with simulation and verification methodologies * Basic knowledge of FPGA prototyping flows is a plus * Good communication skills (English) * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset * Eligibility to work in Switzerland What Else You May Bring * Experience with IPXACT * Knowledgeable with the Linux shell environment What You Need to Submit for This Application * CV (required) * Transcript of records (Master’s [AS1] transcript is required) * Motivation Letter (recommended) **About Us** **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
